By using the thirdrockrecycle.com web sites ("Service"), all services of Third Rock Recycle you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

Third Rock Recycle reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service at their discretion. Any new features shall be subject to the most current Terms of Service. Continued use of Service after any such changes imply your consent to such changes. All equipment sent to Third Rock Recycle becomes the property of Third Rock Recycle.
Once third rockrecycle.com has sold your equipment, actual auction and payment processing fees will be deducted.
50% of the remaining amount will be paid to you or the charity of your choice within 20 days of the sale.
Unsellable parts will be properly recycled.

If you elected to have your data eradicated from your drive $10 will be deducted from the procedes sent to you or the charity of your choice.
Data will be removed to Department of Defense standards.
If your drive is not functional and you have chosen to have your data removed the drive will be physically destroyed and recycled.
